Shipping and Return Policy

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup for your order is free of charge. When your order is ready to be collected, we will contact you by email or phone to notify you. To ensure the security of the transaction, you must bring your order confirmation email or the credit card used for the purchase, as well as a piece of ID (with photo and address) to validate the billing address of the order.

Shipping

Delivery times for orders are generally 3 to 5 business days, depending on the type of transport used. In Chaudière-Appalaches, delivery is handled by our own drivers; for the rest of Quebec, we use Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping is free throughout Quebec for orders of $75.00 or more before taxes. For orders under $75, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be added to the order.

For remote areas, additional fees may apply, in which case we will notify you before shipping the order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. In the event of an error, we will contact you. Shipping fees may apply. This also applies to unclaimed or refused packages.

In the event that items are out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you to offer a replacement product. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, product images, or any other content on this site are accurate, complete, up-to-date, or error-free.

Product Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the product upon receipt. If the product is defective upon arrival, has been damaged during transport, or is incorrect, please contact customer service within 7 days. Arrangements will be made for the customer to return the defective, incorrect, or damaged product free of charge, and we will offer a refund or a replacement product. All refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the products.

If the product received is in good condition and matches the ordered item, but you still wish to return it, a return fee of $4.99 will be charged to the original transaction amount; you will be notified of this prior to the transaction. In-store returns are free of charge. Returned products must be in their original, resalable packaging, and an inspection will be conducted by a supervisor upon receipt.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
